Sports festival

Last Saturday, my brother and I went to Kumamoto Agricultual High School (KAHS) to see our cousin on sports day. I have never visited KAHS's sports festival, so I really wanted to go. It was very fine and hot day. We saw relay race, tug of war, dance and other things. I think Sumo Taiso and Daikon Odori were most interesting. Sumo Taiso was exercises looks like Sumo wrestler. Daikon Odori was dance. Students danced while carrying Japanese radishes in both of their hands. They were very funny. After they danced, they gave their radishes to audience. It was a big surprise! I want to go their festival next year.

mousse

I like ice cream. The other day, I found mousse at a convenience store. I like mousse and I often buy and eat it. When I was an elementary school student, mousse was served us at lunchtime as a dessert. We liked it very much. I bought a mousse that I saw, but it was not milk flavor. I bought a strawberry and condensed milk flavor. It was maybe new and seasonal flavor, so I ate it for the first time. It tastes like strawberry milk. I like it, but I like milk flavor better than that one. If you find the mousse, please try it!!

Leonidas

Today, I will talk about chocolate maker. Do you know “Leonidas”? Leonidas is a chocolate company in Belgium. This company produces chocolate. Also, this company has strived to expand business all the countries of the world. The company was started in 1913 by confectioner Leonidas Kestekides. The company was named after Leonidas who was famous Greek warrior, and the logo which used Leonidas chocolates is a picture of Greek warrior. His name is Leonidas, he was King of Sparta. So, this company uses a character which is King of Sparta, and I thought it's a cool and impressive for me.

toast

Do you like bread? Which do you usually eat rice or bread for breakfast? I always have rice for breakfast because I like rice and I think rice makes me fine. The other day, I woke up late because I didn't have classes and work. I ate toast for breakfast. I usually have toast and jam or butter and honey. I like crisp toast. However, I had toast and marshmallow. I have never eaten it because it is too sweet to eat. I like sweets and marshmallow, but I didn't think toast and marshmallow is good. My brother likes it, so I tried it. It was very very yummy! Its texture was interesting. Fluffy marshmallow and crispy toast is great. Inside of marshmallow was fluffy, but outside was crispy. I love it. I'll try it soon.

café la flore

I eat lunch at café which “café la flore”. I have been there with my friend about 2 or 3 years ago. She took me there. The café is very quiet place, so I can be relaxed. I ate salad, pilaf with teriyaki chicken and small chocolate ice cream. I drank orange juice then. It was all delicious, but there was too much to eat. I have to be hungry when I go there next time. Ice cream was small but it was very good. I wanted to eat more. Teriyaki chicken was very delicious and I think it was seasoned very well. These cost only 720 yen!! I think it is very nice price for lunch. This café is on shimo-tori street, and located in the basement. If you go there, you need to down stairs. Please be careful. I missed a step on the stairs twice today. I hurt myself. I got a bruise on my lower leg. I have to watch my step.
