Essay 6: Review of the first episode of an American TV drama

I'm going to talk about the first episode of an American TV drama, "Full House". I think the TV drama is very famous in Japan. "Full House" is a comedy TV drama. The story is a father who has lost his wife raises his three daughters with his friend and brother in law.

First, I introduce the main characters. The father's name is Danny Tanner. He works as a caster in television. His wife is killed in traffic accident. Brother in law is Jesse Katsopolis, and he is a rock musician. Joey Gladstone who works as a comedian is Danny's best friend. They help raise Danny's three daughters. They are called D.J., Stephanie, and Michelle. They are young. D.J. is 10 years old, Stephanie is 5 years old, and Michelle is only 9 months.

Second, I talk about the first episode. The first story is very interesting. During Danny is working, Jesse and Joey take care of the children. D.J. moves to garage with her discontent because her sister, Stephanie moves to her room. Jesse will use Stephanie's room. She isn't convinced with that. Jesse and Danny try to put back in a good mood by using some plan, but she is stubborn. Finally, she is back to the house thanks to her father. Danny's love moves her emotion. Also, I like a scene which Jesse and Joey change the Michelle's diaper. They have never changed the baby's diaper, so they were in trouble. Also, they didn't know where diaper is. They used paper towels instead of a diaper!! It was very surprised for me to use paper towel. It was very funny. D.J. and Stephanie know where diaper is, but they didn't tell them. Stephanie said, "Nobody asked me." I thought she has a glib tongue.

I like "Full House", the drama is funny but lovely. I want to watch it again.

Bochaka

Last month, I went to AEON MALL in Uki with my family. We ate lunch there. There are a lot of restaurants, and we had trouble deciding which restaurant to choose. We decided to choose the restaurant "Bochaka". The name of restaurant is interesting. "Bochaka" is like a Kabocha. Kabocha is a pumpkin in Japanese.

My mother ordered doria and salad set. In Japan, a dish of rice and cheese baked gratin-style called "doria". It looked very delicious.  My bother ordered Carbonara. He likes Carbonara spaghetti very much. I ordered omelet with a filling of ketchup-seasoned fried rice and gratin set. Both of them were very delicious, but little heavy for me.
